RMA provide inspections and reports in respect of housing disrepair claims for both public and private sector clients in accordance with the ‘Housing Condition Protocol’

Our service includes:

1. Inspection and survey of residential properties either singly or jointly with opposing parties.
2. Completion of single or joint reports which are compliant with Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
3. Acting as Single or Single Joint Expert Witness with regard to litigation proceedings.
